My computer was beyond slow, not connecting to the internet, or wireless hotspots, and kept giving me strange error messages. I don’t know much about computers, and I was pretty distraught at the prospect of having to replace it. But now my computer is alive and kicking, thanks to Paul! He didn’t confuse me with a ton of computer-jargon, and I was surprised at how quickly he was able to restore my laptop to health! I have had no more error messages, I can use my computer at the coffee shop, and my pictures are uploading quickly and easily! Paul was also really nice to my 2-year-old daughter, who still asks about “Mr.Paul, the Computer Doctor”!

After receiving a new hard drive for my laptop, I was struggling to find a way to safely and inexpensively transfer all my data. I had spent weeks trying to get the warranty service department of my laptop manufacturer to send someone to help, but they were not willing to do so. I remembered seeing Paul advertising ComputronPC Services on Facebook, and so I sent him a quick message to see if there was anything he could do. I received a call from him shortly thereafter, and he was able to transfer my data that same day. Paul did excellent work, even spending extra time to clean up my operating system and ensure that all my data was safely transferred. Paul also charges extremely reasonable rates, which is a priority for students like myself. In my opinion, you can’t beat Paul’s individualized service, know-how, and price. I will definitely call ComputronPC Services if I experience computer problems in the future.

“Paul reformatted my computer to make it operate faster and has installed numerous programs.  I was especially glad that he installed programs to protect me from viruses, etc.  He got an external hard drive for me and backed up everything-especially my pictures-that I would hate to lose if my computer crashed.  I had a crash years ago and it was a real problem when I lost a lot of material. 
He is great at teaching and is very patient.  In some cases he has me do the work so I learn how to do the jobs that I can do myself.  He organized and stored the pictures from my camera so that I can look at them any time.  He taught me how to do it myself, so I’ve almost got the hang of it!
He is good at solving simple problems over the phone, but is usually quick to make house calls on an emergency basis, too, which gives me an overall feeling of security since I never want to be without my computer for too long.”
